Like mother like daughter. Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were both spotted wearing Maloles flats while shopping at The Grove in Los Angeles. Katie looked chic and comfortable in a pair of black Georges ballerina flat while Suri wore the mini version of the classic silhouette the “Petite Zoe” in pink from the Petite Maloles line of children’s shoes.
Maloles Miracosta-Antignac launched her eponymous collection in 2004 with the introduction of her signature ballerina flats. Since then, the French brand has expanded to a full range of heels, flats and boots, as well as the Pochette clutches and Petite Maloles, a line of children’s shoes. Maloles introduced her two classic flats – the “Georges,” a slip-on and the “Zoe,” now the signature style of the brand. She turned over a ballerina shoe and using the pleated effect around the sole as a technical and decorative approach to construction, finishing with a sophisticated bow, becoming the “Zoe” style.
