Answer: Charie, the dress looks like the Ana Bubble Dress by Tart. Lindsay Lohan wore the Ana dress in red. As for Kristin's red sole platforms, I'm guessing it may be Christian Louboutin's however I'm not familar with this style. Does anyone have any idea?
