A combination of the Cashmere Powder ($38.00) and the Make Me Blush ($20.00) creates Amber Stevens' natural glow. Using the Genie Kabuki Brush, Patty dips directly into the Cashmere Powder, and then into the Make Me Blush. She rotates the color onto her brush and goes back to the powder for one final coat.
