California Style reader, Allison, is trying to find out who designs Eva Longoria's kelly green dress she wore recently. Eva is pictured in US Weekly's April 2nd issue under the "Loose talk" section wearing the dress. Does anyone know who designer is?

UPDATE 4/11/07: I finally found a picture of Eva wearing the green dress!! I picked up the April 16th issue of Us Weekly and in the "Who Wore It Best" section....there it was, Eva Longoria vs. Vanessa Minnillo. "The Desperate Housewife picked Nanette Lepore for an appearance on The View in NYC. Minnillo hit a Big Apple bash in the same kelly green frock." And thank you to Amanda who left a comment earlier this morning letting us all know it was indeed the Nanette Lepore 'Mambo' Dress which comes in green or black. So who did wear it best, Eva or Vanessa?

People magazine's off the rack section just did a little entry on the shoes and where to get them and also similar cheaper ones. The shoes are Pierre Hardy.

Sorry I just sent this as an e-mail. The dress is Nanette Lepore "Mambo". It comes in Green or Black. I know it is available for sale at Nordstrom.com.
